How
do I reserve my apartment?
Our reservation process is very simple.
Enter the dates of arrival and departure,
and enter the number of guests. Click
the Search That all
A list of apartmrents will appear on the
screen. For more information, click on
details button.
- After apartment types and rates are
returned to your screen, you will be
able to choose the rate you desire by
reading the apartment information, clicking
on the details button, then clicking
on the Book It button on the right side
of the screen.
- After you have selected your desired
apartment type, you will be taken to
a "Secure Reservation Request" form
and fill in the blanks on the "Booking
form". Be sure your name and email address
are spelled correctly.
- After you fill out all of the needed
information, press the "Book" button.
The system automatcally will send you
all the info on your reservation immediately.
If further emails or phone call are
necessaries prior to confirming the
reservation, a manager will reply back
to you with an email within 24 hours
or will answer your call.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, we take this matter very seriously.
To ensure your security, City Flats utilizes
a secure commerce server, which encrypts
the credit card number and encodes it
into a non-usable form.
What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
The card types accepted for guarantee/deposit (all major credit card are accepted) will be listed in the Info section of the apartment description. While for reservation (due to the circuit) only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
My credit card number
is correct, but the "City Flats"
is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
- Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
- The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
- You have reached your credit limit.
- There is a computer error.
Can I specify where I
would like my apartment located (preferred
floor, with balcony, with kitchen, bed
setting, etc.)?
If special requests are send and accepted,
as they are available, a confirmation
email will be will be sent by the lodging.
Of course we will do our best to accommodate
special requests. We cannot guarantee
that your requests will be granted because
they are subject to availability.
Is the room rate per person or per night?
All rates are for double occupancy per
room, and are quoted on a nightly basis
unless otherwise specified. SOME RATES
MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION. Taxes
and fees are included. Extra people, children,
roll-away beds and incidentals are subject
to additional charges.
What
about the special discounts?
"City Flats" offer "Special Internet
Rates" to our users. These rates offer
substantial savings. They involve last
minute (-30%), early reservation (-8%)
or long stay (a week -15%, a month -42%,
a year 51%), etc.
I should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?
The rates displayed are the only rates
available to this site for making reservations.
You need documentation at check-in to
confirm you are qualified to receive that
rate (child under 12 or 6 years old free
of charge).
Is
there a waiting list for sold out apartments?
In certain instances, "City Flats"
can make the waiting list. If you
want to be placed on a waiting list, you
will need to contact the lodging directly

What
happens when I make a reservation?
Reservation requests will result in an
email sent to you showing a Confirmation
Number, which should be kept and used
with any future correspondence with "The
Palms".
How
long will it take "City Flats"
to respond to my reservation request?
All reservation requests will result in
a new screen showing a Confirmation Number,
which should be kept and used with any
future correspondence with "City Flats".
How
do I check on my request for a lodging?
You may view your reservation using the
email we sent you. You can use it only
to cancel. Always feel free to contact
us with any inquiries regarding your
request. For fastest service, please include
your "Confirmation Number" which you will
receive after you submit your booking.
I don't have long to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?
Typically, lodging reservations are made
in real time and your confirmation should
only take a few seconds. When we receive
the confirmation number from us, if there
is a special request or rate change associated
with your reservation, the request will
be sent to our manager to processing it.

When
will my reservation be at "City Flats"?
Special Internet Rates Rates:
Your name will appear at the "The
Palms" in your reservation confirmation.
The same email will be sent to the manager
of "City Flats" and he wait for
you at your your arrival date. Rest assured,
the room is booked; however, if you have
any delay phone "City Flats".
The same is for late arrivals (after 6pm)
Once
I have made my reservation, will I receive
any written confirmation from "The
Palms"?
No. The email confirmation you receive
from "City Flats" is all you
will need. It displays your "The
Palms" Confirmation Number, the "The
Palms" information, the rate and
the hotel's cancellation policy.

Canceling a Reservation |
What
is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
When you are completing the Secure Lodging
Reservation Form, the Cancellation Policy
will be provided in red or there will
be a link to read the cancellation policy:
NO CHARGE IF CANCELLATION IS MADE 5 DAYS
BEFORE ARRIVAL, 1 NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED
IF CANCELLATION IS MADE AFTER 5 NIGHTS
BEFORE ARRIVAL, NOSHOW WILL BE CHARGED
IN REASON OF 50 PER CENT OF THE ENTIRE
BOOKING. You can also view the property
information page to find the cancellation
policy. If you cancel before the deadline,
you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling
after the stated period will result in
a cancellation penalty fee. Some reservations
are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled
after booking.
Reservations will apply a cancellation
fee outside of the timeframe of cancellation.
If the cancellation is outside of the
time allotted, you will be charged for
one night's stay including tax recovery
charges and service fees. Please read
the specific cancellation policy provided
on the site and in any emails regarding
your reservation.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Use the "Cancel Reservation" provided
on the email of booking you received.

What
is a Vacation Rental?
A vacation rental is any suite-type lodging
that has self-catering facilities (wet
bar, refrigerator, cooking facilities
etc.) Our vacation rentals have separate
bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, one
bathrooms, washer in some apartments,
and sometimes a balcony. Towels and linens
are provided. Maid service and other conveniences
are usually available on request.
Like hotels with per person pricing, there
is a set price for 2 people and additional
price each persons with a maximum number
of persons allowed. One-bedroom units
sleep a maximum of four using a sleeper/sofa
in the living (corridor) room. Two-bedroom
flat can sleep a maximum of six in two
large bedrooms around 16sqm.
Please carefully read the flat descriptions
to learn the specifics of what is provided
and how many people are allowed.
Where
do I pick up my vacation rental keys?
In the Vacation rental there is an office
where the chck in will be made and keys
of your rental unit delivered.
Can I make a reservation over the phone?
Reservations and Special Internet Rates
can be made by calling +39 380 7190280.
What type of customer service is offered?
After submitting your reservation request,
you will be provided with an email address
to use to make inquires about your request.
Our qualified and friendly manager will
answer to your your questions. All you
have to do is ask.
I'm looking for a hotel in Rome. Can you help me?
Our reservation agents are unable to do individual searches for clients due to our high volume of reservations. Please use the Lodging Search Form to identify availability and rates.
Is
there a Vacation rental shuttle service
to/from the airport?
We offer shuttle service to and from the
airport with a private limousine at a
price of Euro 45. Vacation rentals normally
do not have this type of service.
Is parking available? Free parking? Long-term parking?
"City Flats" offers free parking
to their guests. Space is limited we recommend
to book it. Nearby just in front of the
subway station there is a large free parking
even for short and long-term.
What if there will be more than two adults in the room?
Rate prices are according to the number
of guests. Prices are based on 2 persons
and additional rates for other persons.
The number of person in each apartment
is 6 except the studio flat where the
max number of persons is 3.
Our children will be with us... do they stay free?
Under six years old are FREE of charge.
Until 12 years old 50% of the rate.
Are rollaway beds/cribs
available?
We offer a rollaway
beds and cribs (at a small extra charge).
If special requests are accepted, a section
will appear on the Reservation Form to
insert such requests and submit them to
our vacation rental "City Flats".
What are the directions to the hotel?
The location information of the "The
Palms" is listed on the right menu
under the tag DIRECTIONS. You can find
complete information HOW TO REACH US from
any airport of Hiways and stations. A
link to our directions is included in
the confirmation email.
Is breakfast included?
No, it is not. You can get a nice continental
breakfast (cappuccino and croissant) in
the 4 bars very close to "City Flats"
in via Torrevecchia. Of course, if you
want to put your leg under the table you
have the comfort of the kitchen where
you can get ready the breakfast you are
used to have in your home.
What
is the "City Flats" Refund Policy?
"City Flats" strives to provide
the best service possible and will work
on behalf of our clients to rectify any
regrettable circumstances regarding to
your reservation. If any inconvenienze
would arrive they must be reported with
any and all supporting documentation to
"City Flats" within 60 days of
the mailing of the first credit card statement
showing any discrepancies for billing
and payment issues or within 60 days after
the completion of accommodation provided.
Do
"City Flats" have minimum age
requirements?
"City Flats" requires you to
be 18 years of age to check into the apartments.
Please inquire with our manager by email
or phone if you have different requirements.
What if I find a lower price after booking?
Special Internet Rate ratews are offered
for reservations booked through "The
Palms" directly. We garantee are
prices to be the lowest rate. If there
is a lower rate available for the same
dates and the same apartment, you must
contact us within 24 hours of booking
your "Special Internet Rate" reservation.
We will either refund you the difference
or cancel the reservations without penalty.
It does not apply to special events such
as Xmas, New Years, Easter etc.
