Can you write the copy for me?
As we have not seen your property, is impossible for us to write anything about it,
however if you have a brochure with copy fit for the "Property description" or
the "Further details" sections, send it to us with the appropriate parts of the
copy highlighted with clear instructions on where it should be included in your
advertisement. |

Can I adapt the layout?
We offer you a standard layout used for all the advertisements on our Internet site to be
sure that Internet users can obtain any information in the easier and fast way also
comparing eventual similar properties. We can make small adaptations to the layout at our
discretion, but we do not offer customized web page design services.

What if I do not have an E-mail address?
We have an E-mail forwarding service to fax and post. Please click for details. |

How can I make my payment?
We accept payments in Us $ on all major credit and debit cards. We accept Us $ cheques
written on a US and Italian Bank account, or Eurocheques again in Us $. |

What if I do not want to send my credit card details over
the Internet?
We have not heard of any security problems with sending credit card details by e-mail, but
if you prefer not to E-mail your credit card details, you can fax them or snail-mail them to us. Alternatively you
can send the credit card number and the expiry date on separate E-mails, or telephone us
with the details during Italian office hours.

How long will it take you to get my advertisement on the
Internet?
We will load the details of your property onto the "friends and friends" Web
site within 15 working days (usually 10 working days) of receiving your fully completed
property details form, photographs, order and payment. |

Will I see a proof?
We'll send an E-mail message to your E-mail address as soon as your advertisement is
loaded onto the Internet. We also send a colour print-out of the advertisement from the
Internet together with your receipt. If you have any corrections to the copy, please mail
or fax them to us. We can only accept very simple changes over the telephone. Corrections
will be made on the Internet within 24 hours of our receiving them. |

Will I get a receipt?
Shortly after loading your advertisement on the Internet, we will send you a fully
detailed VAT receipt. |

Will I know how many people have seen my advertisement?
Absolutely yes. We keep logs of the number of visitors to each page of advertising. Just
call us and we will look up the logs. When you advertising is due for renewal, we can let
you know exactly how many times your advertisement has been seen. |

Can I insert more than one property in my advertisement?
Our charges cover one page of advertising and one listing in the Index pages. However we
can accommodate more than one property per advertisement only in the in specific
circumstances given below. |

What if I have other properties in the same area?
You can write about them in your "Property Description" or "Further
details" sections. You can also have supplementary pages showing other photos and
text of the other properties, but these will not be listed in the Index pages. |

What if I have more than one property on the same site?
(e.g. 3 apartments in the same building) We can include the number of properties in the
headline, and up to 3 separate rental rates. The details under "Accommodation and
Facilities" can only refer to one property. |

What if I have other properties in different areas
You will need to have a separate advertisement pages for each property. Advertising 5 or
more properties on separated pages, a 15% discount will be offered.
