The Service

reserved for your personal and exclusive service, for the time you need.

Computers, typewriters, fax
machines and cellular telephones for exclusive personal use are available at once, for lease, even for a short period.
You may use, as your company address, in addition to your personal
telephone, fax and E-mail address, the address and fax number of the Center .
At the DAY
OFFICE all rooms are fully furnished with manager desks, bookshelves, filing cabinets,
comfortable chairs, telephone, computer, fax and internet connection.
The following centralized
services are also available in the Center, at your request, to meet any other needs:
- Meeting Rooms and Convention
Rooms from 4 to 30 attendants, equipped with the most up-to-date audiovisual
systems and simultaneous translation.
Professional
equipment for document scanning, reproduction and editing.
Interpreters
and Multilingual secretaries, expert in the use of the most updated softwares for
PC, including desk top publishing with colour and laser printers.
Professional fax
machines.
Internet
connection.
Convention
organization, including search and selection of invitations, mailing, catering,
transport and lodging for the guests.
Telemarketing
service also with toll-free number ("numero verde") for calls from Italy.
Trip
and transport organization: tickets and hotel booking; limousine service.
Commercial
Information Service, 400.000 Italian Company database, to throughly check
the reliability of the partners in order to limit your commercial risks.
- In addition, professional,
legal, accounting and consultant services for company / branch set up and
registration and for book keeping, are also available at the Center.
The central
reception staff will receive, sixty hours a week ( from 8.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., from
Monday to Friday; 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., Saturday) your guests and any messages to you,
answering and processing the message in a professional and personalized style, according
to your instructions.
All other
services performed by the Center are avilable on request.
