If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our products, you may return the cartridge(s) within 30 Days of purchase for replacement or refund (See Return Policy for terms).

We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use.

We cannot guarantee against damage resulting from improper storage or other misuse.

Return Policy

All cartridges are backed by our 30 Day Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your order you may return your order within 30 days from your order date for an exchange or refund subject to the following restrictions.

All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") before being sent back.
To request a RMA, click here. Returned packages must include a RMA number on the outside of the package. You must also send a copy of your receipt. If you do not have your receipt please include your name, address and phone number so we may contact you regarding any questions we may have.
The lack of an RMA number on the outside of the package will result in a refusal of your package

All non-defective products must be returned to us in an as-new condition.

All returned cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. If you receive a defective cartridge or partially filled cartridge please notify us immediately.

We are not responsible for damage to the print-head or circuitry as a result of improper handling, storage or misuse. When removing protective tape and devices please be sure not to damage these areas.

Requests for replacement cartridges will not be granted until your returned packages have been received.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse.

We are not liable for lost or untraceable return packages that you ship to us. Please return all goods with delivery confirmation or tracking number.

We will refund the cost of return shipping (up to $4.95) for defective cartridges and cartridges where Printermania did not ship the correct cartridge(s). Printermania will not refund return freight on non-defective cartridges or where the customer ordered the wrong cartridge(s).

We reserve the right to deny credit or charge the customer for shipping if the customer received an RMA claiming the product was defective and it is deemed by us that the product returned is non-defective.
